Buffer Tank (Buffer)

For radiator & underfloor heating systems

The buffer tank is a critical unit in modern hydronic heating systems. Designed to store hot water and balance boiler operation, it helps reduce burner start cycles, provides stable heat delivery, and improves overall energy efficiency. It is made from high-strength black steel and is available in versions without a heat exchanger, with one heat exchanger, or with two—covering a wide range of installation requirements.

DETAILS

Buffer tanks are a key element for stable, efficient operation of heating systems. By adding them to the hydronic network, the boiler runs more smoothly, avoiding continuous starts and maintaining stable temperature in the circuit.

Versions with one or two heat exchangers provide greater flexibility, as they can connect to multiple heat sources such as boilers, heat pumps, or solar thermal systems. The available model sizes cover everything from smaller residential installations to large buildings, professional premises, or hotel units.
